H-Certified Payroll Report

CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORT TACT prints both the Federal and CT State Certified Payroll forms and their respective compliance pages. You are prompted for each prevailing wage job as to whether you want the state or federal form and whether you want to show all employees or just rate employees on the report. You may choose to print the compliance pages or not. If you have employees who work in the shop or only drive materials to the job, you are not required to pay rate. TACT allows you to charge those employees to the job without having them show up on the certified payroll reports. If there was no work performed on a prevailing wage job in a given week, the system will print the proper form showing “no work performed” automatically.
