This report can be printed for any range of dates. You may print it for one or all jobs and one or all employees. You may show just the benefits that went to a pension plan or show all benefits provided to an employee. You may also select to print this report for all jobs or just for prevailing wage jobs. This report is useful for submitting to your pension plan administrator.
One line for each employee’s totals is printed on this report.
