E-Scan Payroll Summary Records

SCAN PAYROLL SUMMARY RECORDS If you want to look at an employee’s check even after it has been printed and/or posted, you can go to the payroll summary screens directly. This is an example of a payroll summary record that has already been posted to the General Ledger. It is the same as unposted screens except in color and what information can still be changed.
