ADVANCE YTD BY ONE YEAR
Each year, the only process you need to perform before doing your first payroll is this selection. All it does is make a new column in the employee’s file to hold the year-to-date information for the pay stub. It drops the column that held the information from 2 years ago. This selection does not delete any payroll detail at all. It simply makes room for a display of the YTD for the new year. No data is lost. |
