B-Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable may be used in conjunction with Purchase Orders to track the value of the PO versus the amount of the invoices received. Purchase Orders is an optional module and is not necessary for Accounts Payable. With TACT A/P you can track subcontractors as well, produce 1099's and be warned when subcontractor insurance certificates are expiring. TACT offers several different ways of making payments and allows you to credit invoices without having to enter negative A/P.
