A purchase journal can be printed listing each invoice in total or breaking out the invoices and subtotaling by GL account number. The GL report can be printed for any range of dates, vendors and jobs. The report by invoice number can be printed for any range of dates, vendors, jobs, vouchers and purchase orders and can be sorted several ways.
