MAKE PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT If you wish to have the system pay the oldest invoice first until a certain amount is reached, you can use this selection. You will be prompted for the vendor you wish to pay and then how much. You may also choose to take a certain amount of discount. The system will then pay the oldest invoice first until the check amount is matched and print one check.
