C-Change an Existing Application
CHANGE AN EXISTING APPLICATION

TACT stores every application that you print. You can change any application at any time. TACT will automatically adjust future applications as they are printed.

You tell TACT the job and application you wish to change and then just update and change any figures you like. The system will automatically try to update the A/R invoices associated with this application. If the invoices have already been posted to the General Ledger, new invoices will be created and you can then credit the old invoices. If the invoices have not been posted, they will be changed to reflect the changes made in the application.
