F-Change Retainage on a Job

CHANGE RETAINAGE ON A JOB During the course of billing a job, you may be allowed to reduce your retainage amount being held. TACT gives you two choices. You may change the retainage percent on both previous billings and for the future or just change the retainage percent on future billings. If you choose to change it on previous billings, the system will automatically add the retainage amount reduction to the current payment due on the AIA application. This selection can also be used at the end of the job to bill the remaining items and all the retainage in one AIA application.
