RECORD A HANDWRITTEN CHECK When you have written a check or by hand or you have any charges to your checking account that did not produce a check, you will use this screen. Bank charges and cash transfers are two examples of when you would record a handwritten check. Handwritten checks can also be recorded against an outstanding payable. You just choose the voucher that was paid and the system fills in the rest.
